配備特點：

1、本機采用磁粉剎車控制輸送、牽引、氣刀分切、磁粉離合控制收卷同時進行，端面整齊度平整。

2、放料軸采用氣脹軸夾緊定位，受力平衡均勻，不變形。

3、配置氣壓分切刀，可以多個尺寸同時進行裁切。并可自由調節裁切寬度，操作簡單，裁切尺寸精確。刀軸采用鍍鉻硬軸，不變形，尺寸準確，經久耐用。

4、采用橡膠輥牽引，使得生產平穩，收卷整齊，不跑偏，并有無級變頻調速控制裁切速度，使裁切過程速度均勻。

5、收料軸采用二根氣脹軸上下卷取，連續收卷，提高工作效率。并配有磁粉張力控制裝置，可控制分切后收卷材料的松緊度，使收卷材料無拉伸變形。

6、配有米表，可計量布的長度。電器部位布線規范合理、整潔、安全、操作簡便。

7、廢料收集系統采用風機收廢式。

8、放卷系統可選配對邊或對線自動糾偏放料架。

Feature:

1、This machine adopts magnetic powder brake to control the transport,drag, air knife slitting , separation and reunion of magnetic powder ,meanwhile it controls the roll which ensures uniformity of the end face .

2、Axle adopts inflatable axle to clamp and locate, which balance stress and keep shape.

3、The cutting knife equipped with air pressure  can  crop in different size at the same time and adjust crop width optionally, which is operate easily   and crop accurat.ely. The cutter shaft adopts , which is non-deformative , precise and durable.

4、Adopt rubber roller to drag which  ensure smooth operation, orderly rolling, on tracking ,besides equipped with to control the speed of cropping smoothly .

5、Axle adopts two inflatable axles to roll up and down,continuously  and equipped with magnetic powder tension control to control the tightness  of the rolling materials after slitting.

6、Equipped with M table to calculate the length of cloth. Related to the parts of electric appliance’s arrangement of wire is reasonable, tidy, safe, and easy to handle
